Life can be stressful. Sometimes it can feel like too much to take. Believe me, I know that feeling too.
It makes you want to run away, crawl under a blanket and hide.
But did you know that stress, in small measure, can actually make you stronger and help you deal with stress in the future? Scientific American MIND editor Ingrid Wickelgren explains.

Probably a different angle to stress… Sometimes the best way to face people who want to cause trouble in your life, is to just ignore them. If you live in an area where there are a few bad neighbours, just ignore them. You do your thing. Don’t react to their silliness. “Act don’t React” (Buddha). Meditation, exercise and diet help too in dealing with stress.
